Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BAU Support Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of business processes and systems.

The BAU Support Analyst will collaborate closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues, implement changes, and maintain documentation to support BAU activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide daytoday support for business operations, including resolving system issues, answering user inquiries, and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address operational issues, ensuring continuous improvement of BAU processes and systems.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Assist in the implementation of system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides, to support BAU activities.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of BAU systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
