IT Operations Lead
Key Skills:
- Further development of effective project portfolio approach fitting the business goals of the site
- Development of standards for project management, methodology, and risk mitigation
- Support for AGILE programs with respect to project management practices
- Building project management capability in a community of practice
- Experience in managing a cross-functional project portfolio
- Several years of experience in project management and planning
- Wide experience in leading cross-functional project teams
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in managing Captive/GCC
- Graduation in any discipline is a must
- Communication skills across various levels of management
- Experience in technology evaluation, deployment, and project management in an Agile environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment
