We are currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Audio Video Pre-Sales Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team and prospective clients to understand their audio and video system requirements, providing technical expertise and design solutions, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of audio and video technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and technical requirements for audio and video systems.
  • Participate in pre-sales meetings and discussions with prospective clients to gather information and assess project scope.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on audio and video system design options, equipment selection, and integration solutions.
  • Create detailed system designs, including equipment specifications, wiring diagrams, and integration plans, to meet customer requirements and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase proposed audio and video solutions to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and quotations by providing accurate cost estimates, technical documentation, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to source audio and video equipment and accessories, ensuring compatibility and availability of required components.
  • Stay informed about the latest audio and video technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, engineering team, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
  • Provide post-sales support and technical assistance to clients as needed, including troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.

What We Expect :

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Audio Engineering, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in audio and video system design, integration, or pre-sales engineering.
  • Strong understanding of audio and video technologies, including digital signal processing, audio/video codecs, networking protocols, and control systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing technical proposals, bids, and quotations for audio and video projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
