The Head of Academics will collaborate with faculty, administration, and industry partners to ensure the programs align with industry needs and global standards.

Academic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a strategic academic plan aligned with the mission and objectives.2.

Curriculum Development and Enhancement:

  • Oversee the design, development, and review of curriculum to ensure relevance, currency, and alignment with industry trends.
  • Introduce innovative teaching methodologies, technology integration, and experiential learning opportunities.3.

Faculty Management:

  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive academic community.
  • Facilitate professional development initiatives to enhance teaching effectiveness and research capabilities.4.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure academic programs meet accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and assessments to drive continuous improvement.5.

Student Engagement and Success:
