This person will be responsible for contacting leads from various sources and to communicate with the customers to efficiently analyse all their requirements and needs . This person will provide to our customers superb guidance for selecting the parts best suited for their needs while also making sure to meet all their requirements such as their budget and aesthetic needs. We need our sales representatives to deliver amazing sales revenue to the team while also keeping in mind the focus product categories.
Specific Responsibilities Include The Following
● The main responsibility/requirement is to know how to sell products. The technical knowledge, know-how,etc will be imparted once the candidate joins the job. Technical knowledge is not the criteria for hiring. Basic Knowledge of Computers is a plus point but not mandatory.
● Communicate with customers over call, email and written communication to understand
their requirements such as the use case of the PC, the reliability they expect, and the
budget they need to hit.
● Provide the most optimal configuration to the customer, keeping in mind all their
requirements.
● Coordinate with the senior sales team as well as the tech team for providing solutions for
clients with challenging requirements.
● Be updated with the current trends in computer hardware and software.
● Maintain good relations with previous clients as well as new ones.
● Delivering amazing sales revenue while also following the focus product categories.
● Following the standard workflow of the department and maintaining a positive attitude in
the team.
● Using computer software such as Google Sheet, Docs, Excel and other basic software.

Basic Qualifications
● 1+ years of sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
● Previous experience in sales management.
