Supervision required for various sites.
Need to report the daily updates.

Training will be provided on:
1)


Estimation and quantitysurveying.2)Project planning and scheduling3)QA/QC Reports4)Daily, Weekly/monthly, and yearly project report making.5)Bar Bending Schedule preparation6)Handling site workers in terms of timely completion and according to the design provided7)Provide and monitor site safety measures8)Handle small purchases (when required)9)Check site material stock.

Manage and oversee work sites for both new construction and remodel projects, coordinating site activities and assuring that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the project goals and objectives.

Oversee and provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork ensuring quality standards are metLiaise between engineers, architects, and others working on the projectPrepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resourcesProactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issuesAdhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirementsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists, hire full-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers, and coordinate their schedulesRespond to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptionsQualifications:
Diploma (civil), Technical skills: MS Office,
