About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan documentation Associate Manager for quality assurance work under Commercial Banking Inventory finance business. Self-testing quality assurance involves reviewing critical business elements are recorded accurately in the system of records against the source documents.
In this role, you will:
  • Supervise entry to middle level individual contributors in transactional tasks and processes including maintenance of precedent documents, non-standard documents, record retention, contract variations, and security or collateral registrations
  • Register to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in loan documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Loan Documentation functional area
  • Oversee proper initiation and accuracy of loan documentation processes as well as implementation of treasury products, adhering to all policy and regulatory requirements
  • Make day to day supervisory decisions and resolve issues related to Loan Documentation team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of Loan Documentation management
  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure seamless execution of Loan Documentation functional area operations
  • Collaborate and consult with key stakeholders including Commercial team, legal, underwriters, in-life management, and IT, as well as interact directly with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Loan Documentation
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Loan Documentation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
