Amazon Seller Services is seeking to collaborate with Indian Sellers, offering them services to enhance their business growth.

Lead Central (LC) is a strategic program dedicated to supplying high-quality leads to sales teams to enhance their productivity and introduce desired brands/sellers on A.in platform.

In the role of Program Manager - Lead Central, Sales Excellence, you will be responsible for expanding the Lead Central program, which involves identifying and obtaining high-value seller profiles. You will define program roadmaps, utilize your strategic thinking abilities, and leverage your expertise in Amazon tools and technical capabilities to drive engagement with external partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales/program manager, the capability to work with minimal supervision, collaborate across various functions, and influence external partners effectively.

You should be comfortable working with technology systems, training stakeholders on processes, analyzing data, and drawing actionable insights. Adapting to a rapidly changing environment will require you to handle ambiguous and challenging situations confidently.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales team pain points related to lead generation.
  • Identify lead sources for sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate leads at scale.
  • Audit leads to ensure quality standards.
  • Improve lead consumption and conversion efficiency with internal stakeholders.
  • Track and resolve key program interventions.
  • Possess working knowledge of SQL and Salesforce.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries and pull reports from Salesforce.
  • Prior experience working with external partners to achieve program objectives is a plus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience in analyzing data and performance drivers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in meeting revenue targets and quotas.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
