Job Description:


As a Marketing Executive specializing in Construction, Interior, and Building Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients.

You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to develop marketing strategies, identify target markets, and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies:


Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our construction, interior, and building maintenance services.

Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitor analysis.
Define key messages and value propositions to differentiate our services in the market.

Lead Generation and Conversion:
Execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and inquiries.
Qualify leads and follow up promptly to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers.

Client Relationship Building:
Meet potential clients to understand their construction, interior design, and building maintenance requirements.
Provide detailed information about our services, including project portfolios, expertise, and value-added offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:
Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to showcase our services.
Develop engaging content for online platforms, blog articles, and social media channels.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

Industry Networking and Collaboration:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to build a professional network and promote our services.
Collaborate with industry professionals, architects, contractors, and interior designers to explore potential partnerships and referral opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide regular reports on key metrics, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
Utilize data and feedback to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive in the construction or real estate industry.
Knowledge of the commercial and residential construction and interior design sectors.
Strong understanding of building maintenance services and customer requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Additional Requirements:
Experience in developing marketing strategies for construction, interior design, or building maintenance services.
Knowledge of local building regulations and codes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Must have own bike and driving Licence.
Travel allowance is provided.

Salary Range: 20000 to 35000 per Month + Commission
