Key responsibilities as below:

  • Lead the development and implementation of internal applications and systems to support various line of services.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree will be a plus.
  • years of experience in leading software development teams, with a focus on building internal applications and systems.
  • have a strong background in product engineering, with a deep understanding of product development life cycles and technical expertise to guide teams effectively
  • track record of successfully leading complex development projects from inception to completion.
  • understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and server architecture.
  • working with consulting companies to drive system and process improvements.
  • passion for internal systems, with the ability to optimize and innovate processes to drive efficiency and enhance operational effectiveness
