Summary:

  • Ares is looking for an Associate Vice President, Regional Facilities Manager - APAC to join the Corporate Services Team.
  • The candidate will oversee a variety of corporate real estate, facilities and hospitality services, managing the overall office operations in Mumbai and other APAC locations.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Act as a Regional Facilities Manager - APAC for Mumbai and APAC offices.
  • Manage day-to-day operations in the Mumbai office.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, manage vendors, and monitor facilities requests.
  • Liaise with building management, oversee vendor relationships, and approve invoices.
  • Coordinate conference room setups and maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Assist in space planning, office buildouts, and seating allocation management.
  • Manage office access, equipment maintenance, and budget reports.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness initiatives and conduct regular walkthroughs of office spaces.

Experience Required:

  • At least 10 years in a managerial role in Corporate Services.
  • Knowledge of buildings, maintenance, and client liaison.
  • Experience in managing contractors and vendors.

General Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
