Look no further We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Kounsel's Graduate Internship program. This internship provides a great opportunity to work closely with our operations team, learn from experienced professionals, and make valuable contributions to our business processes.

Graduate Program Details:

  • Position: Graduate Internship
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Compensation: Paid
  • Work Hours: USA Business Hours (Timezone: EST, PST, CST, or MST)

Responsibilities:

  • Explore various aspects of our business, including operations and functional support, to develop a comprehensive understanding
  • Collaborate with internal team members to review processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Work alongside the team to implement proposed solutions and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts
  • Compile, organize, and format data in MS Excel to create informative reports for analysis
  • Conduct market research on current business trends in the health tech industry, understand market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide reports and updates on sales pipeline activities and results to management, supported by strong qualitative analysis and quantitative storytelling
  • Work closely with the team on day-to-day monitoring of all business functions, assisting in the execution and implementation of cross-functional project solutions primarily involving Sales, Marketing, Events, Training, Planning, and Go-To-Market teams

Requirements:

  1. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
  2. Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  3. Excellent English written and oral communication and presentation skills
  4. Experience in event planning and project management

General Requirements:

  1. Completed a Bachelor's degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program
  2. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while also contributing to a team environment
  5. Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space)
