Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of the restaurant's guests and budget.
- Oversee the preparation of all food items, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Maintain the kitchen's inventory and ordering system.
- Comply with all food safety regulations.
- Represent the restaurant at industry events and tradeshows.
- Registers to be maintained.
- Briefing to be done accordingly.
- Should be able to guide mentor and motivate the staff.
- Should have basic computer knowledge.
- Preparing duty charts for staff.
- Should have a good PR.
- Should be able to satisfy guest with different presentations and chefs specialty dish.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for food and the culinary arts.
