Sales Executive - Medical Equipment and Consumables Marketplace


Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in the healthcare industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our thriving medical equipment and consumables marketplace team.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the fast-paced and rapidly evolving healthcare market.


Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and prospect potential clients within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.

Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of leads to convert them into long-term customers.

Consultative Selling:

Understand the specific needs and requirements of clients to recommend suitable medical equipment and consumables solutions from our extensive product catalog.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform and products to potential customers.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering support and guidance on product selection, order placement, and any post-sales inquiries.


Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the medical equipment and consumables marketplace.


Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.


Sales Strategies:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities and drive market penetration. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement sales campaigns and promotions.

Negotiation and Pricing:
Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. Present regular sales performance updates to management and contribute to sales forecasting.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our medical equipment and consumables offerings. Participate in product training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical equipment and consumables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
