As Digital Analyst I analyze the purchasing and user navigation behavior on the online

platforms(Web/App/other channels) and generate concrete recommendations to improve the

performance of the main indicators and support data-based decisions with simple visualisation.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Analyzing the purchasing and user behavior in the online shop and application to generate
concrete recommendations on how to improve the performance of the main indicators.

  • Identifying customer behavior patterns and insights that will translate into business
improvements in the customer journey across all touchpoints.

  • Gather business requirements from Stakeholders.
  • Creates extensive plans, data collection and analysis procedures and data insight
visualizations for assigned projects.

  • Compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance standards.
  • Drives innovation and integration of new web analytics data related technologies and
practices into projects and activities in the R&D organizations

  • Providing training for team members on the analytics tools to ensure their autonomy.
  • Leading various international projects and contact person for Digital Analytics in India.
  • Keeping updated about Digital Analytics trends, new tools and innovative solutions.
  • Training & mentoring of the (other)Digital Analyst(s). (Advanced)
