Your responsibilities

  • Secure adherence to Siemens Energy procurement requirements and guidelines.
  • Contribute to secure achievement of defined Siemens Energy procurement targets and KPIs per fiscal year.
  • Execute and followup of Request for Quotations (RfQs) with suppliers.
  • Ensure correctness of supplier/material master data required for ordering.
  • Process purchase orders based on requirements from projects and valid frame agreements.
  • Followup of purchase orders including order acknowledgements and monitor adherence to delivery dates.
  • Drive supplier expediting to mitigate contractual risk.
  • Report procurement status to related project stakeholders, including regular update of project specific procurement plans.
  • Ensure a correct goods receipt process.
  • Secure corrective actions to mitigate supplier invoice discrepancies.
  • Support claim management activities.
  • Support supplier evaluation and development activities.
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant procurement stakeholders.
