Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction and growth.

The account manager will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling meetings and closing accounts with a clear target driven approach.

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our payroll and attendance Building a strong predictable client acquisition pipeline for MoM growth with clear focus on increasing MRR

  • Build a strong network of prospects in the target segment of Salary Box
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Work closely with the teams to identify potential leads for the acquisition of new clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
  • Conduct regular checkins with clients to review performance, address any issues, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate the implementation of new clients, including system setup, training, and ongoing support.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to existing Proven experience in news sales, client acquisition, account management and customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Knowledge of attendance and payroll processing industry.
  • Familiarity with basic CRM software (e.g.,Zoho)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality results and service to clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
  • Previous experience in the HR or payroll industry is a plus.
