**Position

  • Office Receptionist Cum Office Administrative**
    Greeting and Welcoming Visitors:
  • Welcome visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Answering and Directing Phone Calls:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual or department.
  • Take and relay messages as needed.

Managing Mail and Deliveries:

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages.

Scheduling and Managing Appointments:

  • Coordinate meeting room reservations.

Maintaining the Reception Area:

  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Ensure that reading materials and other resources are available for visitors.

Handling Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents and reports.

Providing Support to Other Departments:

  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries and provide information or assistance.

Maintaining Security:

  • Monitor and control access to the office and ensuring security protocols are followed.

Communication Skills:

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, visitors, and callers.
  • Exhibit professionalism in verbal and written communication.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
