Function :
Technical Management - Engineering Management


This Technical Lead role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership, particularly in the blockchain domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities :

  • Build and lead a highperformance software engineering team, including frontend, backend, and testing teams.
  • Mentor and enhance the technical skill set of engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Lead the hiring and growth of the engineering team, actively participating in interviews and hiring decisions, and developing technical onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Lead the development of blockchain applications, developer tools, system processes, and technical standards at scale.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate technical considerations, assess risks, and allocate resources, translating our vision into a tangible roadmap each quarter.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for external partners and protocols.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 6 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in an engineering leadership position.
  • Proficiency in modern blockchain development processes and tools, such as Solidity, Truffle, Remix, and React.
  • Ability to deliver scalable and highquality products within a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with Agile practices.
  • Proven track record of scaling an engineering team and infrastructure in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Handson experience with both SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Business Development, Marketing, partners, and executive teams.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and incentivize team members in their careers, even in remote settings.
  • Strong commitment to follow through on commitments both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms.
