Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support multiple clients across various technologies
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Consult with customers across diverse teams
  • Documentation and development of designs, processes, and procedures
  • Work within a structured ITIL/ISO20000 IT Service Management setup
  • Directly engage with clients for requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
  • Possess excellent presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills
  • Act as an escalation point for major incidents/investigations

Experience Required

  • 3+ years in IT support roles
  • Hands-on experience in designing, building, and supporting cloud solutions
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems and influence internal teams and customers
  • Consultancy/project delivery experience with a client-facing background
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with multi-server environments

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Exadata Cloud @ Customer and/or Exadata Cloud Service
  • Proficient in OCI networking, FastConnect, network routing, and security within OCI
  • Knowledge of user management and IAM policies with OCI
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Podman, and OCI Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE)
  • Expertise in Terraform for cloud infrastructure builds and Linux administrative skills

Qualifications

  • Able to configure Linux environments using ansible
  • Basic experience with Oracle databases and autonomous databases
  • Worked with Oracle Integration Cloud and connectivity agents

Required Qualifications/Certifications

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Architect Associate

Desirable Qualifications/Certifications

  • Hashicorp Terraform Associate
  • Linux Certification
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
