Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst, Retail banking
Education: BE/BTech/MBA (min 60%) or a CA with at least 10 years of experience
Job Details:
- Writing BRDs, FSDs, Use cases & Flow diagrams while collaborating closely with Business and Operations stakeholders for Retail Internet Banking
- Good communication skills to coordinate with development team, QA team, facilitate UAT, and support production implementation
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
- Understanding of digital banking products (Mobile/Internet) and processes, particularly in Retail Banking
- Familiarity with Merchant payments, reporting platforms, and end-to-end flows
- Knowledge of Core banking systems, accounting flow, and implementation
- Understanding of clearing systems and various payment types such as RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, Cheques, SWIFT, etc.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to create Functional process Flow diagrams, Data Flow diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Wireframes & Mockups
- Capability to identify and document dependencies, ensuring traceability to original requirements and change management
- Analytical skills to assess process design changes and their impacts on people, processes, organization, and technology
Soft skills expected:
- Ability to extract critical information from stakeholder meetings and generate detailed documentation
- Effective communication to clarify requirements with developers, testers, and other key stakeholders
- Organizational skills to manage own deliverables and changing priorities efficiently
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
- Interpersonal skills, action plan consolidation, and diligent progress reporting
- Capability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results
