Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Developer to join our dynamic team at ValueLabs, a rapidly growing, employee-centric company with 28+ office locations worldwide.

As a part of our team, you will contribute to the development of a banking application project, working alongside some of the best minds in the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and performant applications for a banking application project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of the application, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for applications, including architecture diagrams, code comments, and API documentation.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, and implement improvements to optimize application performance.
  • Participate in the planning and estimation of project timelines, and ensure that milestones are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in development, and incorporate them into the team's work.
  • Mentor junior developers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and ensure consistency across projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in

  • Strong proficiency in , , and related frameworks.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or is a plus.
  • Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading a team of developers is a plus.
