**We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator to join our
developing engaging and effective training content while also overseeing the
functioning of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role reports directly to the
Head of Learning and Development

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1.

Instructional Design:

  • Develop and design highquality training content, including elearning modules, videos,
presentations, job aids, and other learning materials.relevance of training content.experiences.- Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning materials.

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing training materials to ensure they remain
current and effective.

Learning Management System Administration:

  • Oversee the daytoday functioning of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the LMS.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain and update training content within the LMS, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to track training completion, effectiveness, and learner
engagement.- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in LMS administration and elearning

technologies.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of training materials
and LMS updates.stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and communicate progress to

stakeholders.- Conduct needs assessments and identify training gaps to inform the development of new

training programs.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for

improvements.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master's degree
preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and LMS administration,
preferably in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning
technologies.
Proficiency in using authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia
software.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with QSR operations and training requirements is highly desirable.
