Responsibilities:
- Distributor Network Expansion:
- Utilize your experience to identify, evaluate, and appoint retailers in key locations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with retailers, promoting collaboration and alignment with company goals.

- Lead the onboarding process for new FMCG products, ensuring a seamless market introduction.

- Meet retailers in person to introduce our FMCG products and explain the benefits of joining our network.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in appointing distributors and launching new products.
- Strong grasp of distributor management, network expansion, and market dynamics in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with retailers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
