Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive technical training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, and handson exercises to facilitate effective learning.
- Deliver interactive training sessions both inperson and virtually, catering to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
- Assess the progress of participants, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training methods as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field(mechanical,electrical,civil, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Indepth knowledge of cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, or other relevant technical domains.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences and skill levels.
