As a QA/QC NDT Teacher at Learnwise, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to aspiring professionals in the field of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Non-Destructive Testing.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, lectures, and handson training sessions in QA, QC, and NDT principles.
• Instruct students on the theoretical foundations, practical techniques, and best practices in the field.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to a diverse group of students.
• Utilize industrystandard equipment, tools, and software to provide practical training sessions.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and practical assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their skill development.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements in QA, QC, and NDT.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update course content as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Address student questions, concerns, and challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant certifications in QA, QC, NDT methods (e.g., ASNT, AWS, ISO) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in QA, QC, and NDT practices preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students to succeed in their educational and professional journeys.
