We are in search of an organized Project Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of approving timesheets, managing Advisory Session requests, overseeing project timelines, and raising resource requests as needed. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

What you will do in this position:

  • Approve timesheets submitted by project team members.
  • Manage Advisory Session requests and ensure appropriate staffing.
  • Monitor project timelines.
  • Handle Project Administration tasks.
  • Coordinate with Resource Managers to identify demand and initiate resource requests as required.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure resource allocation meets project needs.
  • Maintain accurate and current resource schedules and Advisory Session requests.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on project management experience.
  • Background in managing multiple large projects across various locations.
  • Proven track record in project support or similar position.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong emphasis on detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
