- Manage budget and expenditure for the function, oversee partners and vendors through various channels.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts through data-driven analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing best practices.
- Over 10 years of experience in business or executive management positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in various Global Functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and Aftermarket.
- Prior consulting experience with a focus on project management.
- Experience in organizing and overseeing multiple teams and departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in vendor management, service excellence analysis, global resourcing, and project performance management.
- Create regular dashboards and derive insights from gathered information.
- Proficiency in project planning, scoping, and execution within a matrixed environment.
- Business acumen with a track record of developing and driving growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT/CS, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools/software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SAP).
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) or Six Sigma/Lean certification is advantageous.
