We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Samrat Irons Pvt Ltd. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Strong financial and accounting knowledge

  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Finance & Accounting Operations

Payroll Management
  • Involves reconciling benefits and withholding taxes and deductions related to compensation
  • Tax Responsibility - Fulfilling tax obligations accurately and on a regular basis
  • P & L and Balance Sheet Management

Finalization
  • Reconciliation of books of accounts and finalization
  • Funds and Team Oversight
  • Supervising cash flows, managing payables and receivables
  • Annual Audit - Reviewing and assessing the company's financial records, statements, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

MIS Reporting
  • Timely reports for Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
  • Familiarity with accounting software and SAP is advantageous
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Outstanding analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification & Skills :
Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce & Accounting with 5-9+ years of experience

This role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the capacity to deliver results in a dynamic environment
