We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Samrat Irons Pvt Ltd.,The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting functions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Strong financial and accounting knowledge

- Experience in financial analysis and reporting

- Finance & Accounting Operations

- Payroll Management- Includes reconciling for benefits and withholding taxes and deductions related to compensation.

- Tax Discipline-Meeting the tax obligations on a recurring & correct basis

- P & L and Balance Sheet Schedules

- Finalization- Reconciliation of books of accounts & finalization

- Funds & Team Management- Overseeing & handling of cash flows, managing payables & receivables

- Annual Audit-examining and evaluating company's financial records, statements and transactions to ensure accuracy & compliance with accounting standards

- MIS Reporting - Timely reports to Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus

- Knowledge of accounting software's and SAP is desirable.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification & Skills : Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce & Accounting with 5-9+ years of experience.

This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
