About the team

What you will be doing

  • Conducts preemployment background check and acquires all paperwork from new hires to obtain complete compliance.
  • Maintains recruiting system for new hires and transfers and completes all necessary paperwork.
  • Generates weekly reports related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Responsible for background check invoice payments and tracking.
  • Directs employee questions to appropriate team in HR or other area of the company.
  • May coordinate signing bonuses, referral bonuses and relocation payments with payroll.

What you bring:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Experience with or ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo experience is a plus.
  • Ability to understand Employment Law.
  • Experience in a service business where excellent customer service was required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to adhere to professional standards, processes and strict confidentiality
