General Description:

Description:

  • Responsible for managing general contractors, testing agencies, budgets and schedules in support and coordination of overall Environmental & Facilities construction projects.
  • Administer construction contracts; conduct onsite inspection to monitor plan compliance, and conduct safety audits in compliance with Toyota's construction safety program.
  • Oversight of contractor activities to support project schedule and KPIs. Present status reports to owner. Receive, review and coordinate contract changes into project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Construction project management experience
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Construction cost estimating and scheduling experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and convey project status using standardized reporting process.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Proficient in MS Project (ability to create, update, and manage schedules)
