- Responsible for managing general contractors, testing agencies, budgets and schedules in support and coordination of overall Environmental & Facilities construction projects.
- Administer construction contracts; conduct on-site inspection to monitor plan compliance, and conduct safety audits in compliance with Toyota's construction safety program.
- Oversight of contractor activities to support project schedule and KPIs. Present status reports to owner. Receive, review and coordinate contract changes into project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Construction project management experience
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Construction cost estimating and scheduling experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and convey project status using standardized reporting process.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Proficient in MS Project (ability to create, update, and manage schedules)
- **Mandatory College Degree - Construction or Engineering or equivalent work experience**:

- **OSHA certification - desired**:

- **Light industrial/manufacturing exp.**:

- **50% travel or less**
