About the Role -We are seeking a Director of Lead Generation who will own Jivox's lead assignment and management and the goals for acquiring new Marketing Qualified Leads to build the sales pipelines through Jivox's lead and demand generation channels.

You will be responsible to create, implement, manage and/or optimize our
Online paid campaigns across LinkedIn, display and various third-party advertising opportunities (e.g., AdAge, Adweek) and partner co-marketing (e.g., AWS & Amazon Advertising) while seeking new ways to generate engagement
Onsite events, such as GroceryShop, Shoptalk Path-to-Purchase Retail Media Summit 1:1 meetings

As a natural extension of this role, you will work cross functionally within the marketing team and other teamssuch as saleson optimizing the overall performance of our campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you need to be very familiar with the LinkedIn platform including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Business Manager, LinkedIn Live and LinkedIn pages.

You also need to be familiar with Google AdWords and Google Analytics while working with the SVP Marketing to create a lead gen strategy as Google moves towards the 0-click search approach.

Key Responsibilities -Key responsibilities will include:Own lead management and assignment of leads within a 24-hour window
Create, implement, optimize, and own the budget for lead generation campaigns to support Jivox revenue goals
Demonstrate a record of success in LinkedIn paid social ads and SEM/Google Ads
Collaborate with the content team to generate additional leads from ongoing organic social campaigns on LinkedIn

Proactively recommend the right campaign objectives and ad formats for paid LinkedIn ads based on the team's priorities every month.

Monitor and report performance of our paid and organic LinkedIn campaigns and recommend next steps to our team
Collaborate with in-house and outsourced creative resources to deliver high-converting ads
Own the reporting dashboard to monitor performance of our lead gen and organic social campaigns and recommend next steps to our team
Manage Salesforce data hygiene and work with our Salesforce admin and Amazon Alliance Lead to troubleshoot issues related to the sync with AWS ACE
Manage email marketing and lead database across Salesforce and Hubspot

Key Skills -The ideal candidate must have:MBA from a top-tier business school preferably with specialization in marketing
1 to 4 years of prior work experience relevant to this role. Experience in the B2B tech space will be an advantage.
Proficiency in managing LinkedIn Pages, Campaign Manager and Business Manager, and awareness of any changes in LinkedIn algorithms to enable us to make the most of our marketing investment
Expertise in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
Excellent project management skills to ensure timely execution of paid programs with minimal oversight
A metrics-driven mindset to optimize our campaign spend and performance of our paid and social campaigns
An eye for designing and copywriting to improve performance of paid and organic posts
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and email tools such as SFDC and Hubspot
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate and work with multi-cultural teams from across the globe.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work in a continuously evolving environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
