Supplier and Repair Outlet Management:
Build, manage, measure, and maintain relationships with suppliers and repair outlets to maximize fleet uptime

Work Assignment:
Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs

Quality and Compliance:
Ensure the quality, compliance, and safety of Moove assets

Insurance Management:
Manage the insurance process in line with policy requirements, expedite insurance claims, and ensure vehicles are back in operation promptly

Authorization Management:
Authorize maintenance to ensure appropriate work is performed at optimized costs

Budget Oversight:
Track expenses and oversee the maintenance budget

Facility Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections to detect and resolve issues

Repair and Installation Management:
Plan and manage all repair and installation activities

Inventory Management:
Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies as necessary

Documentation:
Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs

Driving Performance Evaluation:
Critically evaluate tracking solutions to monitor driving habits and provide retraining where necessary

Requirements:
Proven 8+ years experience in maintenance management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Knowledge of compliance and safety standards.
Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office; Google Office Suite and web-basedapplications preferred.
