Purpose :
The job purpose of the process leader of the team is to developing a team of 15 to 20 team members to facilitate achievement of SLAs of Quality
Should effectively liaise with various departments within hospital / Partners to gain support and resolve issues for the claims.

Responsibilities :
Passing decision / Triage of claims received within the stipulated Turn Around Times
Conduct medical trainings on need basis for the claims staff
Conduct the training with in the team for new hires/skilling up
Maintaining high standards of customer service with quality & service norms to achieve customer satisfaction for self & team.
Maintain accurate metrics of team member level performance as outlined via the Quality matrix.
Identifying improvement areas and proposing the implementable measures to maximize/sustain quality levels.
Act as back up for assistant mangers in absence
To achieve targets set in the Objectives for the year
To adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirement is met
To contribute towards Process Improvement initiatives within the organization
To ensure ISO 9001 compliance within the processes followed

Requirement :
Minimum MBBS.
2.5 years of clinical experience.
