Here are the details on this position.Your role in our mission
Should have minimum of 5+ experience as cloud and observability toolsAt least 3+ years of experience in architecting
muti-cloud
environmentsAt least 3+ years of experience using tools like
Cloudwatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, Dynatrace or Splunk .Should have expertise in building
Ansible Playbook
configuration management.
Should have experience working with
Terraform for IaC .Must have done
ServiceNow integration
for Incident management with Observability tools.
Must possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in telemetry data collection, analysis of
metrics, events, traces and logs .Experience in creating and maintaining customer centric
Dashboards
using monitoring tools.
Experience in
GitHub
source code administrationGood at anomaly detection, troubleshooting incidents, monitoring system health and improve user experience.
Collaborate with different engineering teams to integrate observability practices into their workflows.
Good understanding on cloud infrastructureHands on experience deploying and maintaining container-based solutions
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's degree in software engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field preferredShould have good technical experience in monitoring and observability along with multi-cloud exposure to gain insights and improve performance of applications and infrastructure using tools and platforms like Dynatrace, Splunk and Cloudwatch.
Other Qualifications
Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good presentation and communication skills to communicate with clients, support personnel and management.
Ability to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly Ability to anticipate problems, deal with and resolve ambiguity and take decisive action.
Ability to work with relational databases.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamwork Environment Office environment May require evening or weekend work.
