In this role, you will collaborate with a team in Bangalore, India, to deliver exceptional service to analysts and senior managers in rating teams worldwide through investor outreach initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include executing email outreach campaigns, offering support for Marketo/Salesforce users, and responding to various reporting requests for the Investor Contact Management program within MIS. Additionally, you will contribute to documenting processes and FAQs, providing guidance to new team members, making process/template updates, and performing testing for product releases.
Given the daily interaction with lead analysts and senior management in MIS, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be proactive, quick to adapt to process changes, and possess advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM/Marketo/Salesforce is a plus.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Conduct Email outreach campaigns, support Marketo/Salesforce users, and handle reporting requests for ICM engagement

• Document support processes & FAQs

• Collaborate on implementing process changes and enhancements

• Perform testing for Maintenance & Enhancement releases

• Deliver accurate output on tasks efficiently
Qualifications:

• BA/BS in business, finance, management, or related field

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a financial institution focusing on credit and/or research

• Familiarity with Marketo is a plus

• Client engagement skills are preferred

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, as well as reporting and dashboards, is beneficial
