We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales & Marketing Intern who will assist in profiling potential clients, run the sales process from start to end and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

This will be a valuable experience for a newly graduated technical student pursuing a career in Sales & Marketing.

Working closely with the CEO, and a very high energy engineering team, this role will involve optimizing the current sales function, and then working towards the expansion of the business.

The successful candidate will be working with a team that develops apps & websites for customers in India, Europe & the US.

This role would be in a remote working environment for the foreseeable future. If you perform well then, you will be converted to a permanent member of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Do technical client demos showcasing our technical projects about apps, websites, admin panels, ERPs, etc
Create technical proposals, contracts, etc and follow up with customers
Make calls, send emails & update records on CRM systems like Zoho CRM
Forecasting, account profiling, conducting research and generating lists of potential customers
Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
Run the sales process from start to end with an emphasis on hunting for new business opportunities.
Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving issues
Consistently track and manage activity, forecast business and process orders

Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in purchased product or service, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.


Requirements:
IT degree (BTech, BE, Bsc IT or relevant)
Understanding the end-to-end sales process (from hunting for new leads to receiving the PO)
We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen
Strong self-motivation.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Proficient in English.
Superb interpersonal skills.
