Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing annual general meetings and other meetings, including producing agendas, taking minutes, and handling correspondence
  • Offering legal, financial, and strategic advice to directors and the senior leadership team
  • Keeping directors and members informed about corporate governance matters
  • Staying updated on regulatory changes and organizational policies
  • Ensuring policies are current and approved by the Governance
  • Supporting the board and committees on various projects
  • Developing relationships with shareholders and serving as a point of contact
  • Implementing systems for effective organization management and compliance
  • Preparing reports and compiling information


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Qualified CS certification
  • 0-3 years of experience as a Company Secretary
  • Availability to work from 1pm to 10pm IST
