We are looking for a Programmatic Media Manager/Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team in the digital media industry.

  • Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Programmatic to clients, along with the technology and processes that drive growth for agency accounts.
  • Execute and manage client portfolios efficiently using demand side platforms:
  1. Oversee daily client portfolio campaign maintenance, including communication, setup, troubleshooting, and reporting, as well as managing programmatic executive support.
  2. Collaborate with agency stakeholders to manage, implement, and deliver various client projects involving DMP, dynamic creative, and multi-touchpoint attribution.
  3. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance programmatic campaigns for clients.
  4. Ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines by overseeing weekly and daily campaign QA reports.
  • Support the Programmatic Director in enhancing the Media programmatic offering through areas such as reporting automation, new product adoption, and award entries.
  • Participate in internal, client, tech, and supplier meetings as needed.
  • Develop measurement solutions to showcase campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to New Business workflows by handling pricing grids, written submissions, idea development, managing account transitions, etc.
  • Create performance showcase documents and provide detailed analysis of results.
  • Manage junior team members, including their wellbeing, workflows, and learning and development.
  • Ensure best practices are followed by junior team members in areas such as financial due diligence and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and solutions-focused individual with a positive outlook.
  • Proficient in multiple DSPs and extensive knowledge of RTB, programmatic landscape, and DV360.
  • Effective in people management and compliance with talent team policies and practices.
  • Advanced presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Consistently exceeds client objectives and can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing workload.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of working with large amounts of data and adhering to best practices.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.
