Mobile Game Tournament Organizer

Remote, India Ignite Tournaments Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tournament schedules and formats
  • Manage registration and payments for tournaments
  • Respond to Tournament Organizer and player questions in Discord and Zendesk
  • Assist Tournament Organizers in setting up their tournaments in the app
  • Recruit and manage volunteers for tournaments
  • Oversee the administration of tournaments, including scheduling, scoring, and officiating
  • Promote tournaments to attract participants and viewers
  • Gather feedback from participants and use it to improve future tournaments

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • A genuine interest in the video game industry
  • 1+ years of experience in tournament organization or esports administration or similar related experience
  • Strong understanding of esports and the competitive gaming landscape
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
