Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate travel bookings for clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to travel arrangements.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing ticket reservations and payments.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations to provide relevant information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize travel itineraries and accommodate client preferences.
  • Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and payments in an organized manner.
  • Handle any changes or cancellations to bookings, and assist clients with rebooking as needed.
  • Stay informed about travel industry trends and updates to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, travel and tourism, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Customeroriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Pay:
From ₹12,000.00 per month
