Responsibilities:
  • Leadand mentor developers: Provide guidance and support to ensurehighquality deliverables and drive engineering best practices.Experienced in leading development teams fostering collaborationand mentoring junior engineers for adherence to best practices.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams: Define project requirements timelinesand priorities and coordinate productreleases.
  • Architectscalable solutions: Design systems for both frontend and backendthat are maintainable using modern architecture patterns andRESTful API designprinciples.
  • ProjectManagement Skills: Proficient in Agile methodologies managingtimelines and prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure projectsuccess.
  • Defineproduct features: Set sprint goals and translate user feedback intoactionableenhancements.
  • ProblemSolvingSkills: Analytical problemsolver adept at addressing technicalchallenges and implementing practicalsolutions.
  • Analyzedata: Validate product goals and adapt strategies accordingly andtrack project progress to ensure timely delivery offeatures.
  • Testand accept product features: Ensure accurate implementation ofproduct features based on userstories.


Requirements
  • Bachelors/ Master s degree in Computer Science or relatedfield.
  • Minimumof 3 years of experience in a leadershiprole.
  • Niceto have: Experience in building a product from concept tolaunch.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively acrossteams.
  • Strongproficiency in NodeJS RESTful APIs Weaviate Vector Database andgraphdatabases.
  • Proficientin NestJS with full lifecycle experience and expertise in MongoDBintegration.
  • Proficientin MongoDB with expertise in NoSQL principles instance managementdata modeling and efficient query optimization for cloud andonpremiseenvironments.
  • Strongproficiency in ReactJS NextJS MaterialUI and ReactQuery.
  • Proficientin TypeScript development skilled in building typesafe applicationsand leveraging TypeScript configurations for enhanced developmentefficiency.
  • Proficientin AWS services specializing in Lambda for serverless computingAPIGateway for secure API management and integration with IAM S3andCloudWatch.
  • Knowledgeof CI/CD principles and tools to automate the testing anddeployment ofapplications.
