Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads to convert them into successful clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Follow up on leads to ensure continuous engagement and progress in the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights on client needs and market trends to support business growth.


RequirementsWillingness to undergo a 15-day unpaid training period.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Business Development: Previous experience in business development or sales.
CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools and software.
Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Sales Acumen: Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
