Work Experience:
2-3 years in US Health Insurance Claims adjudication processes
Preference: In-depth knowledge of health insurance policies, procedures, coding systems, and medical terminology
Agreement to work in a 24/7 shift environment
Agreement to work full time from the office
Soft Skills: Ability in English communication, claim document comprehension, and deduction making from member history
Typing speed of 35+ WPM

Preferred Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Preferred Technical Skills: Minimum 2 years' experience in Claims Adjudication Operations
Solid understanding of CPT, HCPC, ICD-10 codes, UB-04 & CMS-1500
Experience in reviewing medical records, physician notes, EOBs, and COBs
Ability to calculate patient responsibility, accumulators, and process payments or denials

US shift timings
Work from the office

Essential duties include:
Working collaboratively in teams
Readiness to take up additional responsibilities to support peers
Proficiency in MS Office, analytical, and numerical skills
Interpretation of documents and proposing process enhancements

NOTE: Should be adaptable to continuous night or rotational shifts as per business requirements
