The Role / Responsibilities:

  • Key responsibilities:
  • General support of the EMEA Communications Team including assisting with a variety of regional and global outreach campaigns and the creation of high impact promotional content
  • Updating of media contacts and recording of media engagements in a timely, accurate and comprehensive fashion
  • Production of media coverage and media engagements summaries and analysis
  • Adhoc project work
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, business, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in communications, public relations, and/or journalism, ideally within the financial services sector or corporate environment
  • English fluency/proficiency is essential (written and spoken)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Welldeveloped IT skills including Microsoft Office; data visualization and analytics software (such as Tableau) desirable
  • Knowledge of and comfort using social media platforms to promote content
  • Strong detail orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
  • Comfortable with being managed remotely and to manage upwards
  • Must be a professional, creative, extremely organized, enthusiastic and flexible team player
