About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager Training Coordination who will work closely with Departmental stakeholders, and our Vice President Growth Enablement, Certification Operations and Instructional Design teams to provide an agile, inclusive, and effective learning ecosystem which inspires and drives engaging development experience, and enables a shift in learning mindset. Your partners will be some of the world's most talented training, engineering, marketing, customer success and sales teams, who you will work closely with to ensure a high performance culture. Your work is critical and will drive high company performance, and strengthen our people and organizational capabilities.

A Day in the Life

Working closely with your team of training coordinators, as well as the Vice President of Growth Enablement, you will assess needs and design learning and certification programs based on stakeholder requirements. Manage a team of Training Coordinators and work collaboratively to develop standardized tools for conducting needs analysis, pre-program execution templates, program learning plans, post-program certifications and assessments, and training effectiveness measurement tools. Work with departmental learning leads to identify, analyze and prioritize learning needs from across organizations using methodologies like surveys, interviews, and external benchmarking. Support the Business Leaders and Onboarding leads to make sure onboarding pathway content and certification challenges are relevant to job skills and needs, and play a key role in continuously improving new hire orientation programs to ensure a delightful and productive joining experience for employees. Scale the training and certification programs, and evaluate and communicate effectiveness of training interventions to keep stakeholders informed of investment and impact. Manage formal and informational communications on training and certification programs, to drive awareness, adoption and attendance among employees and leaders. Work with multiple business groups to identify capability gaps and build strategies to close gaps including work curating selections from external partners to implement technical, functional, industry and durable skills training. Ensure learning initiatives are linked to business outcomes and behavior changes. Meet scaling objectives and aspire to implement meaningful learning & development measures that show shifts in business outcomes. Work closely with the Vice President of Growth Enablement to drive accountability in training and certification programs. Design and implement corrective learning plans and maintain strict confidentiality on all aspects of the employee outcomes on learning programs

What You Need

7+ years of corporate training experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail with a strong (internal) customer focus. Experience training employees in the areas of sales, engineering, marketing, and/or customer success Experience developing training programs in the healthcare industry Proficiency in working with training pathways, analyzing data and generating presentations through tools like Google Suite, MS-Excel, Powerpoint, Learning Management Systems Proficiency in presenting concepts, ideas through power-point, emails, and narrative documents. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen Conceptual strength on Adult Learning with awareness of contemporary methodologies.
