SAS Administrator?
We are hiring a SAS Administrator as we continue to grow and achieve our ambitious 2025 goals


This role is a role where no two days are the same A position where you will be able to use your troubleshooting skills coupled with your customer support experience to cover a busy support desk.

You'll be able to see tasks through start to finish whilst mentoring and guiding other team members, all whilst continuing to use your SAS knowledge.


In this role you will report into the Client Support Manager with open and direct lines of communication at all times.


What to expect?

  • Responding to tickets raised by clients via Zendesk ticketing system
  • Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Provision of expert advice and assistance relating to products and services
  • L1, L2, L3 SAS Support, other 3rd party tools, and escalation to those external support services
  • Escalation to internal leadership of issues for awareness
  • Reporting to customer on progress and resolution
  • Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting

Mentoring other Support Personnel in:

  • Application support
  • Customer Communication
  • Customer activities, challenges and workflows
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • System knowledge
  • Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently.

Skills you'll need:

  • Linux OS Experience
  • Networking concepts and troubleshooting connectivity
  • Good understanding of IT administrative responsibilities
