Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations:

  • Manage the front desk as needed, including checking guests, taking phone calls, and setting appointments.

Sales and Up-selling:

  • Actively promote and sell gym services and packages to guests.

Follow-ups:

  • Make followup calls to prospective clients or current clients about ongoing promotions, classes, or feedback.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as required.

Safety and Security:

  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and act promptly in case of emergency.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborate across roles and functions to achieve company goals.

Facility Maintenance:

  • Perform daily checks on equipment and report any issues.
  • Keep workout areas clean and organized.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, including equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment within the club.
  • Responsible for turning off lights, ACs, and ensuring club property is secure.

Customer Engagement:

  • Act as a relationship manager for assigned clients.
  • Promote additional services like pool access or personal training.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and solving problems.

Collections:

  • Help in collecting payments from customers.

Marketing Support:

  • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions.

Logistics:

  • Manage or assist in scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks.

Training:

  • Attend mandatory training programs offered by the club.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other duties as may arise and as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Strong customer service skills.

Terms and Conditions:

  • This role may include early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts.
  • Expected to adhere strictly to the club's policies and procedures.

Compensation:

  • Salary to be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Pay:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
  • Rotational shift
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
